- Processing PRs, DPVs, IDOs and PCards
- Monitoring expenses, billings and deposits
- Reviewing/Approving expense reports via Concur
- Preparing general accounting items (e.g. journal entries and reconciliations).
- Producing financial reports and ad hoc requests
- Assisting with the annual budget
